  16.       Get the next entry from the DevInfo list in a    multi-tasking
  17.       safe manner.    No translation is performed on the raw DevInfo
  18.       node,    for a more convenient way to search the    DevInfo    list,
  19.       see AddDADevs().  If called with a NULL argument, returns
  20.       head of list.
